  • Business hours are from 8:00 through 5:00 CST, Monday through Friday.


Shipping and Transportation

  • All prices are FOB shipping point. Freight charges are prepaid and added to the invoice.
  • For shipments via ground, we will ship freight collect, please specify a carrier or we will ship via best way.
  • We make every effort to package products so that they do not get damaged.
  • We will provide you with your total cost, including shipping charges, when your order is invoiced.
  • We will send your tracking number via email when your order ships.
  • If shipments arrived damaged, please mark accordingly on the shipping papers and contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
  • We cannot be responsible for mishandling of packages, but will assist with these claims any way that we can.



  • Prices quoted are based on the manufacturers' current price schedules and are subject to change without notice or obligation.
  • Prices normally remain stable except for metals, bar and wire solder, which are subject to a daily change in the metals market.
  • All pricing is in US dollars.
  • We offer price breaks for many items. Please call for details.
  • Placing a blanket order will lock in your price for those items.
  • Not responsible for typographical errors. 



  • Terms are Net 30 for customers with an established account.
  • If you would like to apply for credit, please submit your bank information, three credit references, and number of years in business.
  • For your convenience, we also accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Sales Tax

  • State sales/User SUT tax is charged and collected for the products we sell, in the states where we have sales people servicing/calling on accounts(NEXUS).
  • Sales tax must be charged on all purchases, only those items that are left in or shipped with the end product, i.e. solder, labels, ESD, etc.
