Shipping and
Transportation
All prices are FOB shipping point. Freight charges will be prepaid
and added to the invoice. For shipments that go by truck, they are
shipped freight collect, please specify a truck line if you have a
specific one that you prefer.
We make every effort to package products so that they do not get
damaged. If shipments arrived damaged, please mark accordingly on
the shipping papers and contact the shipping carrier to file a
claim. We cannot be responsible for mishandling of packages, but
will assist with these claims any way that we can. |

Prices, Terms and Sales
Tax
Prices quoted are based on the manufacturers' current price
schedules and are subject to change without notice or obligation.
Prices normally remain stable except for metals, bar and wire
solder, which is subject to a daily change in the metals market.
Placing a blanket order will lock in your price for those items.
Terms are Net 30 for customers with an established account. If you
would like to apply for credit, please fax us your bank
information, three credit references, and how many years you have
been in business. For your convenience, we also accept Visa,
MasterCard and American Express.
State sales tax is charged and collected for the products we sell,
in those states where we have sales people servicing accounts.
States require that we collect sales tax for items that are not
left in as part of the product manufactured for resale. If you
feel we have charged this tax in error and deduct this from the
payment, it becomes your liability to the state. |

or rests it on the joint too long... either case results in
a poorly soldered joint.
